Lol not that dumb, the wife had the TV on and Guardians of the galaxy was on but I wasn’t really paying attention. Then that opening riff is in the movie and I popped up like a prairie dog (killer riff alert). But all you get is the opening riff I could not remember the song title either, had to search the soudtrack to get it. So you did better than me.

Which is why the silly song is stuck in the gray matter. We seem to watch Guardians of the Galaxy... both 1 and 2 almost every time they're on.

And I Googled the line just to make sure of the title.

This song oddly enough as many times as I heard it through my childhood I never knew who recorded it. I guess it always sounded like a Stones riff over a Beatles song so in other words ELO. :celebrate2:

If it helps Mitch. Two things going on here. I do remember it from the early 70s when it was released. So there was something in my gray matter that knew the song. But not good enough to come up with lyrics to Google. I was able to do that thanks to Guardians of the Galaxie which we watch all the time.

I missed this somehow, awesome job. It sounds familiar but I'm not coming up with it how about a clue?
 
I finally learned this riff just about 10 minutes ago after wishing I could play it half my life....
Well it's not smooth yet, but I have the jist of the riff.
