It is. I just know myself. It starts with a used tube amp, then I start obsessing swapping tubes..... Next thing I know I'm building crazyass amps like 67plexi and not selling them. Nope solid state is much safer......

Well, I put my one new Weber Speaker in my Princeton Chorus tonight. Waiting till AM to crank up the amp to see how it sounds with 1 Weber and 1 Stock Special design speaker.

I think the Tramp kit would be a lot less $$$ than a Tombstone...

If I ever decided to try building an amp from scratch, I would like my first ones to be a Bassman and then possibly a 65 Twin Reverb Blackface and a Vox AC30.

Of course if I remember correctly, brother 67 Plexi has a good handle on Dumbles.
I think I would defintely like to see what that is all about.

Just made a 2nd purchase of Weber 10F150 T speakers for my Solid State amps.

I will likely put the 1 in my Peavey Envoy 110 and the new pair in my Princeton Chorus.
Looks like it will then be time to make myself a nice 2x10 extension cabinet to load my Fender Special Design 10 inchers into.
