Today was my daughter's birthday party. She invited her friends and we were supposed to have a fair amount of people. Usually that's an issue due to our home being not very large BUT summer time frees up a lot of space since we can hold it outdoors.
Well.....was looking at clear skies and 90f all day. Then what happens? An absolute Deluge and Thunderstorm out of nowhere for the next 3 hrs. So now I got 20+ people in a 1200sq ft house. Imagine a virtual can of sardines and you aren't close.
Both of those lame ass networks BOTCHED it entirely or else we would've moved it to tomorrow or another venue. Really need a bigger house but the market right now is absolutely abysmal. My house would go for $140k in this area when 12 years ago it was about $66k. So in another words, find a home here 1600-2000sq ft and get ready to spend $250k minimum upto $400k which is absurd
