A Student Told Me He Wanted To Quit:

In this thread, I made my first post back at page 1. I come back ten hours later, and I see this thread is now at seven pages. After catching up. my first reaction is: :facepalm::facepalm:.

So this is Robert's questionable paragraph of the opening post:
I told him, "Dude...none of these guys play for a living. Their opinions are meaningless. What do YOU want??"
When I read this, I put myself in Robert's position and could feel his frustration and passion in doing what he could to get his student back on track. Even though I don't "play for a living", I never once considered Robert's post as being remotely offensive. The context of this particular paragraph was referring to those who actually have misinformed and demoralized his student and wasn't intended for anybody here at TTR... Sorry for dragging this out, but I felt like spewing a bit... :BH::BH:

And now... How about those RAMS!!! Yeah baby... :1:

Im a Patriots fan, so I had no dog in this fight lol but i WAS rooting for the Bengals because they had a team of mostly rookies, guys who were drafted within that system and no big Free Agent acquisitions....unlike a certain team who mortgaged 8 years of their future in trading 1st round picks for huge Free Agent pools, including buying thr former Bengal Andrew Wentworth lmao

But that was all before the Bengals absolutely fell apart in the final 2 minutes and suffered from a massive brain stinker in goal line defense and 2min Drill Offense. Credit to Cooper Kupp for getting the deserved MVP and in the 2nd half, Aaron Donald who decided to wake up and play after a big scuffle on the Bengals sideline ( maybe it was a bad idea to fight with him in the end? Lol)

7 of the Bengals starting defensive players were free agents brought in within the last few off-seasons... 8 if you count Vernon Hargreaves... who no one should count as a starter...
