Here is the start of another build for myself. It's a newer version of the previous completed and sold JV14. I reused the faceplate from a previous build that I gutted, using mostly the same circuitry except the iron is different on this build but I will tailor the voltages to work out the same as the previous build of the JV14. I should not have sold the JV14, but that ship sailed so I am building another version for myself.
This time I used a Granger PCB board and added turrets to termination points that needed more room for wires. When I am finished with this I will ship it to David Hopkins to put his mod on top of the build like we did in the joint venture JV14. My thanks to David for agreeing to co-operate again, since I stupidly sold the original.
The Modulus Amps chassis is a survivor of many previous builds, and since the amp stays with me I really don't mind all the extra Swiss cheese holes that I patched. PT is a Hammond, same with the choke, the OT is a MPS. 6CM6 14watt power tubes. (smaller 9 pin version of the typical 6V6GT, similar tube as used in Juke Boxes)
