I was invited to play one owned by a mutual acquaintance. It's very well balanced. Its also 25.5" scale, but for some reason, it didn't have the foreign feel I often experience with other Fender scale length instruments. The fretboard is a "Richlite-esque" material, looking a lot like ebony. The neck is unique - IMHO - somewhere between a rounded profile and a slim taper.

I really expected it to be all gimmick, but its got some nice features.

Def seems interesting. Will keep my eyes open for one - maybe since Sam Ash is technically a dealer (even if online only) they'll have one in there eventually.

I like the guitar. Looks good, plays well....and it's different. I have enough working guitars that I don't need another one. Check out their crazy "H" style truss rod too!

I think I'm done buying guitars too. I have 5 great ones that cover all the bases I need covered, not really looking for anything more than that. I guess If I came across some kind of amazing deal I may have to pull the trigger but overall I'm content to wear out the ones I have.
