I had to deal with my mom's dementia also before her passing. It can be very trying. My thoughts will be with you Chili.

Thank you Chas. Mom just turned 80 but I fear she may last 10+ years of it worsening before I lose her despite her repeated laments that she " won't be alive much longer" It sure is a rough spot for a tenderhearted guy who loved his mom deeply since our rough days with dad acting crappy to her when I was little.
