In my little world, this 80 watt amp head with its features and impressive performance is a bargain at $1000... :cool:
 
I've owned 2 6505s and I'll tell y'all what.... Those M-F-ers kick some unholy ass!
You can add an OD to tighten it up a little, but for the tone and the gain in the amp, you don't need anything really! The only amp I've ever just loved without any pedals.

The mid roar of these amps are flat amazing. I only do the brootz chugga chugga, so I can't speak to anything else.

They cut through like nothing else. (Unless you also own a JSX)

they're beasts(6505's)for heavy stuff. Seen/heard a few in live settings and was blown away at the muscle they flex.

thanks bruther. Turned out to be a great amp for me. Can't wait to hit it. Like a new girlfriend. :love:
