300kΩ or 500kΩ???

I went with a 525kΩ CTS pot so I could retain the Gibson knobs. I also got such a ridiculous deal on these bumblebees that I couldn't turn them down...and entire harness, CTS audio taper 525kΩ pots, Gavitt cloth wire with steel overbraid shield, Switchcraft Jack and Switch, with .022uf Gibson Bumblebees for $125.00 shipped...

Ha!!!! Now I am totally tossed up on whether to go 300kΩ or 500kΩ!!!

I got the harness on hold until I work this out!!!!
