This is the same JCM 800 that you had previously modified & posted a clip of, yes???
Well it definitely sounds more aggressive, job well done. I take it the customer is now happy with it. Good playing too, by the way. Cheers

Yes it is the same amplifier. I sent the video to the customer yesterday and have yet to hear a word back.

It is a 100 watt 2203.

No added preamp tube.

I used the cathode follower to achieve four gain stages.

Thank you for the information. Turning the cf into another gain stage really makes a huge difference. I recently built a 2204 preamp into an old bogen 6l6 amp. You have got me thinking of another re design! Very nice work.
