1981 Fender Deluxe

I have a Fender Deluxe II. The normal (clean) channel is not half bad, actually. The overdrive channel is not good, but cranking the clean channel you get a very nice tone.

I just finished rebuilding this amp it's a screamer it does not have the push pull volume boost

It was modified to black face spec. years ago feedback channel one volume 5 feedback channel two volume 7

The customer claims every artist that has played this amp wanted to buy it. Now I know why.

I have a Blackface Deluxe non reverb - 1964/65
(Fender elect. inst. company)
I got it before "vintage" became a "thing".

Jury duty.
Break for lunch.
Pawnshops across the street.
Looking at a used Fender amp.
Pawnshop guy...
"You want that thing? I can't get rid of it. It ain't got no reverb."
Me...
"How much?"
Pawnshop guy...
"Gimmie 80 dollars and it's yours."
Courthouse guard...
"What's that?"

Hey 67. That same guitar shop, Atomic has 2 Black Face Bassman heads. I wish I had the scratch to buy em both.

Just remembered, they might have the matching cab too.
