It's a ROE made in Germany I'm going to try a Fender Princeton 5F2a first I did modify my board to be able to try the Dumble Tweedle Dee Champ, The extra pot it's a treble control.

It's alive the Magnetic Components power transformer was JUNK it lasted 1/2 hour I did have a Mercury Magetics Tweed Deluxe PT cut out the mounting hole and re-drilled the chassis
5 hour burn in OK sounds like Black Sabbath to me, Not what I expected. It's fun to play. End of the day went with just a single volume control.

Nice! I got a 78 VC. Love the tone on these. I put one of the Italian made Jensen speakers in mine. ( ALNICO magnet P8R ). I run all JJs in it. I still have the original pre amp tubes it came with along with the rec tube. It did not come with the original power tube or original speaker. It became a far better amp right after I changed out the speaker alone.

Tony that is what I put in my VC and it rocks! On the lower gain number two input it gets a chime tone which will make any Vox 4 watt amp cry in jealously! ALNICO magnet speakers are the poop!
