12 String!?

Have to watch for a top with a belly on older twelve strings. The tension from a twelve string tends to pull up the top under the bridge so the top bellies up causing a high action. I'd get the one that played the best. If the bridge is bellied a neck reset would be needed. That would cost as much if not more than the guitar. That Suzuki looks pretty sweet.

Yeah, I've had acoustics with "sunken" tops before and they're a PITA. For that reason I think the Ibanez is a better bet. The Suzuki is 50 years ol after all. It looks great though.

The Suzuki reminds me of a Hummingbird and i love those! But the Ibanez is great looking too. Tough choice! I kinda like the Suzuki a lil more if im honest

The Suzuki's have a very good reputation as being well built guitars. I'd check it out. I have a 60's Yamaha that has been mistreated and never stored properly. It sat in my brother's closet for 40 years strung up to pitch and never played. I found it when he passed. It was the first guitar I ever played. It took me a while to clean the grunge off but the top is still flat and it plays great. The peg holes in the bridge are wore out but other than that it needs nothing. Some of those old Japanese guitars were very well built.
