Yep, there's a extra ground wire on the American Professional Strat's that was connected to the push pull pot they have, I incorporated that ground wire ( that was not needed in the new application and it was causing intermittent shorting out the pickups, disconnected it and everything was fine!!

I think you maybe right about the solderless connectors, that in itself was a pain to get together they're really small and it didn't help that my Strat was two ground wires making a total of three ground wires going into a tiny space.......ugh.

OK guys, After tearing apart my new Strat and installing the loaded SSS Strat pickguard I got from from Mojo, I suddenly have an issue with the volume dropping real low and sometimes just cutting out, I'll be playing at what I thought was a normal volume and then it suddenly get's loud as hell...

I get that call often, I like to play along just to waste their time, it's time they could have spent scamming someone else. One of my favorite retorts from a female scammer that I finally called out after wasting her time was she told me to go f*ck myself. :ROFLMAO:
