All I really use is a volume pedal. I sometimes run a CS-3 on the Tube Marshall, but never on the Blackstar.

RVA is close to right though...I'm down to just three guitars.

FYI I fired her up and ran her up and down our dead end street several times today-----cant wait to get the new brakes and tires/rims on so I can go for a PROPER drive round the block!!!

Back to the amps for a second........Nice new addition you got there, eSGEe! I must ask though, how do you like the VHT Special 6? I have looked at one several times now as they have a big following and are easy to mod, etc.

I like it ALOT -- it is WAY versatile-- loads of fun has GREAT rich tone for a 6 watt amp--- no reverb or gain--- so bring your pedals----

Im running it with a PEavey Dirty Dog (transtube dirt machine) and a HOLY GRAIL reverb-- and frankly -- if it was my ONLY amp--- I wouldnt be sad.-- for home/office dicking about its killer-

Mine came with the HACKMASTER "touch" applied in a custom REAL WOOD veneer face plate bkgrd. --- but that just ADS tonewood and MOJO baby

MY bniggest problem nowadays is which to use--- marshall or VHT Marshall or VHT --- hhhmm fish or cut bait fish or cut bait
