A new addition

I can't play sitting down either. It doesn't feel right to me.

I learned how to play standing. From day 1, I just wanted to RAWK! so as I learned it was always standing and with the strap too low (think Jimmy Page).
I've raised the strap a lot over the years (still on the low side though) but have never learned how to play comfortably sitting down.

Not for me: I can't play sitting down, never could. I always have to stand, and need a fair amount of room to move around.

Right at the beginning of my guitar journey a much older & accomplished bass player saw me sitting with a guitar, & told me to learn & always practice standing, pointing out the way your fretting hand especially is positioned differently on the neck. Told me learn & practice sitting & the first time you get up to play it'll feel foreign to you & you'll f up. Made sense & I've played standing ever since. Cheers
