Dudes, they're cyborgs. No silicone or saline, just wires, transistors, and polyurethane based skin like material.
However, IF you hit the 'magic button', they become themost devastatingly toneful distortion box ever played through a guitar amp.
Piss 'em off, however, CSI would need a firehose to clean us all off the walls and ceiling...
