NGD one they aren't making any more

Thanks Ray. Being computer less is kicking my behind.

**************** NEWS UPDATE**********************

Today I dodged a bullet so far. I was able to plug my Hard Drive into a SATA USB reader and via my girlfriend's laptop run the HD and access my HD info. Now to figure out where to store it all and or where and how to load that HD into a different computer so I can be back u and running again.

We have cloud and I plan to buy another Laptop or 2 to make sure I always have access to my data, files etc.

Thanks Don. Even with old dead strings, the SG sounds full of rich tones.
Now that I have the kinks worked out, I can put fresh strings on after detailing it to carry it on clean and prepped for me after it's previous owners the past 42 years.

Chili - is that harmonica bridge stock???

It would be stock from that vintage. Stock and freaking awesome. Another great idea that the "everything was better in the 50's and 60's" weenies killed.

I’ll tell ya something funny.

Back when I first got my ‘74 SG it had the harmonica bridge. I had very little knowledge of guitars. I thought the harmonica bridge was the normal bridge! I didn’t know about the earlier ABR bridge.

A few years later when I started paying more attention and saw the TOM bridges on newer SGs, I thought Gibson had changed their “original” design! I didn’t like the “newer” bridge because I thought it seemed weak and flimsy!
