The fret board is a wood composite called a resonator board that looks and feels like ebony but is more dense and consistent. It's a take on Gibson's ES-335 semi-hollow body guitar. The neck feels great and the stock pick ups sound rich & clear...no need for a pick up swap. I believe the nut is graphite and the tuners look very art deco. It's a great pleasure to play on this masterpiece and very inspiring and plays extremely well. It's one of my favourite go-to guitars for sure. It's very well made and solid.

Just dialing in the height; probably finish this afternoon.
I have blanks but punked out and bought a slotted one.
Took a considerable amount of sanding to match the slot width.
I especially like that color!
