ETSG infested with spammy marketeers

yah you betcha, 03-19-18 I went to visit my friends over on ETSG and was greeted
with the same spammy post in every category! Yikes! Right, Run away!

I ain't goin' back to that site for a while, don't want what ever they're
selling. Just a heads up...

If you put the spammer on ignore, the posts are hidden. But I agree they are a nuisance.

Yes I agree Spammers and scammers are constantly trying to get us Whether by computer or telephone calls.

I'm still active on ETSG, although far, far less than before. Still some nice people there, but the lack of moderation is annoying. Thankfully most of the guys are still very well behaved there.

well, I didn't like the looks of the site, when every category had the same post on
it... that seemed like virus kind of activity, and I clicked off immediately.

I don't think I'll go back for a while. That will take some backroom activity before it's
put right. I have a good firewall on my Mac, and I've subscribed to a malware protection
program. But navigating a site that looks obviously infected is just asking for it.

I reported that one spammer last week maybe, or the week before.
Dunno if anybody did anything about it. It's a strange world we live in...

I’ll check in once in awhile to see if there is anything that interests me.

If thar be spammers in the midst, I guess I’ll stay absent for awhile longer.
