EMOJIS... ?

Adding more/better emojis is on my to-do list. This past week has been busy between my car and new guitar, I haven't spent a lot of time here. I burned myself out the first week putting this place together and needed a break... but not a broken car. :mad:

I am off of work next week and will get some of the requests here done.

presently when I try to select an emoji ---there are LOTS of options but all are "broken" link symbols..............

HELP
 
Friday I found a pack of smilies that that looked pretty cool and uploaded them to the server. They were supposed to be divided into groups of sports, music, food etc. After I ran the script to install them it seemed cool and it was working. The last group I added was music and something went wrong and all of the images appeared as broken images. Seems as though the grand total of slmilies was around 1,440 all broken up into 5 or 6 groups. After finding that none of the new smiles were working, I tried to back step and remove the music smilies and get back to a working status, but no go. I figured that I would just remove everything and start over but it's not that easy. To add the smilies to the menu I ran a script to update the software all as one step for each group. but to remove them I have to delete each smilie one by one. Over Christmas I have gotten them down from 1,440 down to 800 and something, but this is very time intensive and I have been doing the family thing for the past couple of days. Now that Christmas is over and I'm on vacation I've gotta go pull the front of my car's engine apart so I will have a car to drive back to work.

So the bottom line is I tried to get smilies set up for y'all for Christmas, but life got in the way. Maybe I can enlist my admin brothers to help me go through all these and delete the broken ones. So my to-do list for this vacation is fix car, finish my LeSG, wire up Tele, Mod Silkyn amp and fix smilies. This is before I get the honey do list from Mrs. Wav.

Thanks for putting the effort into this and the TTR forum in general. I'm sure it will all come together in due time.

Good luck getting that car fixed Wav! I know it sucks to have this poop happen during the holidays...at least you have time off to get it done...

Thanks, I got the wheels off, inner fender well cover off serpentine belt off (needs to be replaced), timing cover off and tomorrow I'm gonna take the motor mount and timing belt off. Gonna replace the timing belt too while I'm there.
