I've had my right one done TWICE, definitely better than before surgery but still troublesome. Now retired I can manage it OK.
My advice is regardless of what others tell you DON'T push it early. Tell them to get stuffed and take it SUPER easy, for as long as it takes.
Mine was work related therefore I had private hospital and cherry picked surgeon but the physiotherapist pushed me back to work too early and undid the good work.

I will keep your advice in mind for sure. My shoulder was wore out just from living and playing hard. My doctor is suppose to be one of the better shoulder Dr. in the area. Thanks for the advice and the well wishes.
