So, this has a second speaker out, for an external cabinet, plus a DI for recording. Weber doesn't have an instruction manual....any tips on how the high/low range switch works????

I have experience with the Weber 15 watt Attenuators. I used it with my AC15 Vox that I no longer have. It works great with my Monoprice 15 watt amp. I have a Carl's speaker soaker 16 ohm that only works with my Silkny amp. I also have a volume pot the goes in and out of the effects loop. I use my effects loop for you guessed it, effects pedals.
I have used a Morley Volume pedal and I feel most comfortable with that. I used it for years on stage to blast solos. I run in in the loop at the end of my pedal chain.
