I called the Wolf, who should be arriving, presently.

Fellas, this one is a player. Check out "McCarty Archtop" pickups (different from "McCarty") if you ever get the chance.

I was able to hide a majority of the wires, but did not want to tug on the braided pup wires too much because the braided portion is soldered to the back of the pot and I do not want to snap my ground. If I were to start again (and I do not think I will), I would have soldered a lead wire to the braiding and soldered the other end of the wire to the pot.

All in all, it was not that bad for my first semi-hollow rewire. The side output jack and the fact that the controls were close to the F-holes definitely helped.

That is a really nice looking guitar.

Now go buy a Hiwatt DR103 for it.

Thank me later.
I will thank you now for the push to get the ES335-type. It is rather comfortable where I thought it would be bulky. This one came together nicely too.

The Hi-Watt rolls in at a cool $3,200. I should probably try one out first!

You're welcome.
Always glad to be of help.

$3,200.00!
I paid $400.00 cash for mine brand new.
(The only amplifier I ever bought without playing through it first)

Yes, it's strange about the 335 type guitars.
They are big but somehow do not feel big.
I'm a little guy and sort of stand behind them rather than
wear them yet they are very comfortable for me to play.

I have a 339 natural Casino and i kind of regret not getting the 330 full size body. I have fun with the tone and how it fits in my hands but I always think what if? I have two big ones and I don't play them much because of the size.

The size bothered me less than I thought
