CLICK BAIT!!!

Anyhoo...since just after Thanksgiving I've been really focusing on eating better. I wasn't really unhealthy or overweight, but I just figured I needed to develop a little healthier eating plan and incorporate a little moderate exercise. I was not trying to lose weight; just adopt a healthier lifestyle.

However, since then I've lost around 13-14 pounds, which is roughly the equivalent weight of a Les Paul Custom and maybe a couple of pedals.

I'm down to a very comfortable 175 pounds.

BTW, if anyone's interested, Brian Setzer, particularly the Brian Setzer Orchestra stuff, is the perfect music when working out on an elliptical machine!

"Probably" good for you BUT without knowing your height it doesn't mean a lot.
175 lbs about 79.4 kg
I'm not very tall 5' 7" now in my older age, I like to see 70 kg but just now showing 74.
I'm on a easy plan to correct with a little more exercise. The hard plan for quicker results would involve beer and wine adjustment :-(

Good for you; better health makes everything better.

I'm on the same path but I'm more on the rebound from a rough 2017.
Looking to get back under 200 lb; up 20lb since last annual exam.

And yeah, that is some effective click bait!!

Wow, that's a lot of GAS

Way to go smitty. It's easier said than done, so for that, I applaud you.

I've been doing the same here. Trying to eat more healthy. I need a treadmill though. Cardio is what I need the most.
As for weight, I've lost an SG without strings .But I still need to lose a Les Paul with a case and accessories.

Good you're keeping healthy Witty Smitty.

Yeah. I’m a good 6 feet.
Congrats !! I've been fighting this battle forever. When I worked on a ranch, I got down to fightin' weight (lowest ever). Recently I lost 100lbs-down to fightin weight !!! Then I started taking this med recently that even SAYS will cause weight gain. Yeah, 18 lbs. I was shocked and horrified, coz I worked so hard (you know). Went to doc yesterday (only time I get weighed-no scale in house, thank you very much), and I lost an Epi LP Special I P90 !! Only 2 Squiers to go!! Very proud of you!!! Ain't easy not bein greasy !! I can't exercise (not that I WOULD) because of physical limitations, but I eat only once a day, and 3 times a week it's salad. So I can drink beer and eat Ben & Jerrys, and STILL lose weight! They say (I believe it), that if you do what you should 80% of the time, you can do whatever you want 20% of the time. Helluva deal !! Keep it up, Smitty. Or down. You GO boy !! Best thing you can do for yourself, and what Roberto says.
