Very true...So anyway,
A man with nothing to lose is a dangerous man
samantha fish war pigs - YouTubeSabbath was THE $HIT!!! Man just listen to Ozzy's voice...Fan intercourse' Tastic!!! When I heard this in 1972 it changed my life...
Surely with all the same infrastructure. Wouldn't catch me . . .Trust me they are...Disney California is the EXACT same park it was in 1970 when I went. Hell the Dumbo, Matterhorn, Haunted House, a Pirates rides are in the exact same locations 48 years later!

VACA FROM HELLSo, anyway we went on our 2nd family vacation ever, back to Disney / Orlando FLA from Dec. 29 to Jan 5.
We went in 2005, my kids were small, and this time with some help from my mom's estate $$.
We knew it would be crowded at the Disney parks but it was shoulder to shoulder and the lines so long, we really didnt enjoy them much.
The little boats stuck for 15 min. in a pile up in Its a Small World (the only ride thing we got on, because we had Fast Pass for it.)
I was getting creeped out thinking all those little kid figures were gonna go Chucky on us.
It was cold. Maybe over 50 2 of the days, mid 40's raw and rainy at least 2 of them, and drop to below or near freezing the last 2 nights or so.
Coldest snap there in over 30 years.
Yay.
After the New Years Eve Fireworks at Epcot (crowded but we expected that so it wasnt great but as expected)
We were closer to the exit and the first wave of folks out to the parking lot. NO trams running, had to walk. Ok for us but not for some others.
There was a fender bender near the outflow from our lot and we were stuck there over 2 hours until the lots cleared enough we could drive across to get around it.
Snow storm Grayson caused our flight back to Atlantic City to be cancelled; I got another for the next day, Sat. the 6th. But, we had to pay another night stay and for the rental car, more meals, etc.
Finally get back to NJ, its 8 F, the flight was ok, the snow was plowed ok at the airport and roads ok, got home FINALLY.
Cops, firemen and Natural Gas utility trucks blocked our street. We were evacuated because of a gas leak.
Couldnt go home. Told them I had to get my 2 dogs. So we did.
Went to Brother in Laws house, 15 min away, with dogs and luggage. Got the all clear about 3 hours later.
Go home - ok but no gas, no heat no hot water.
Finally back on around 10:00 PM.
NO pipe freezes so thats good.
What a week.
Very disappointing.
Just my luck.
Life goes on, others have worse problems I know but WHAT the F*CK!!
End of rant
Damn!So anyway,
I am astounded by the quality of the guitar I hang around my neck this evening. The detail of the quilt, the thickness of the top, the gran in the back and the head stock are quite notable. Also, I am really impressed with the Seymour Duncan SN-2 Jazz. The SN-4 JB ain't too shabby either.

It does look heavy! I never weighed it, but I would guess about 10 lbs. Not so bad really. It is very well balanced and comfortable.Ray how much does that guitar weigh?
For some reason it looks heavy to me.
(If that makes any sense at all...)

Really? I always assume that is a minimum for a non weight relieved LP. This is closer to that than a special, which are do not usually have a maple cap, and this has a thick one. Maybe my estimate is off. I will weigh it tonightWow, 10# sounds really heavy for a LPS body style! At least to me.
WOW the 3D affect on that quilt is absolutely beautiful. So anyway,
