Epiphone Factory tour

What a cool video.

It kind of makes me want an Epiphone! Everything seems to be handled with a lot of care.

Thanks for posting Chas.

I am GASing for the ES339. There are videos on youtube but some don't sound so great, so I am waiting to make it to the city if they ever get one in to try. I may have to rely on word of mouth....

I can supply that. They sound great. Somewhere between a Les Paul and a 335. Unlike the 335, it's not like handling a barn door in a high wind - the smaller body is great, and the centre maple block allows you to play at high gain without feedback. And of course the finish is superb. I can't find any flaws even under a magnifier.

Thank you Don, that is exactly the reviews I have been looking for. I play sitting down because I only play for my GF and myself. So I think the smaller body would definitely be beneficial to me. I love the sound of a 335 and I am not ruling out the Casino either, other than the fact they are bigger bodied. I have a Epi Riviera P93 and I absolutely love it. The sound is so warm, just the way I like it. I don't play loud so as far as the center block, that wouldn't make to much of a difference to me, however it makes sense the way you explained that. Thanks again, your opinion is valued.....

I think the quality is definitely there. Some people don't care much for them because it says Epiphone instead of Gibson. Them people for the most part haven't tried a Epiphone. Epiphone's have convinced me a long time ago and will always be my go to guitar.

I have an Epi Sheridan Japanese made many years ago, and like a fool traded it away. I too am considering the Epi 339 to fill the hole in my collection. Of course if I can steal an American made or Japanese made Sheridan then I will follow that trail.

I have the Epi Riviera P93 and I really love it. It has great warm jazzy sound in which I prefer but my playing sound is a different discussion....
