OK, this is just pure silliness, mixed with a bit of cheapness, but here it is.

Tom Anderson Pups are double slug. I own these pups, many uncovered.



I may want to cover some. I have covers, but with screw holes. Tom Anderson covered pups do not have holes



Covers without holes are $ 11 each

So, how about topping the holes, maybe with these!



Or these


I could fill it with solder, but that is too easy! Any other ideas?

I like the covers without holes as well.

You could always customize the open area by using the cover to hold down
something else artsy, like a thin piece of guitar colored material or some other
sign, label, decal, etc...

Or make a few look Gretschy

I dig, sheets of veneer can be had at many craft & cabinet shops.
Rockler comes to mind.

You could use the thin cedar sheets that nice cigars often are wrapped in. Would make the pickups smell nice too.

dont fill the holes with SOLDER! that will effect the magnetic polarity and overall tonal quality of the pup and melt wax into places it shouldnt be (assuming they are potted) and make a mess and destroy life as we know it.
