My previous tenant in Florida has sued us. We have a mediation by phone call next Tuesday. My wife is the only one on the deed and the one mentioned
on the summons and lawsuit papers. Am I allowed to talk?

Is the mediation with the Court or private? I would call her attorney ahead of time

With the court. We have no attorney. Trying to settle...the amount is under $2K and if we had to fly to Florida or hire an attorney it would cost more...
 
I am just off Sulgrave Rd. About 100 yards in to a small forest on MT Washington over looking the city of Pittsburgh. I have two sets of gates covering my hated ass. Guards checking every car not just for me. Others choose to hide here, I don't bother with them. I bought them a guard dog and named for him Jeff. Most are very afraid of Jeff, he just freaks and turns on people. Kind of a dog you pet with one hand and a gun in the other. I was there for most of his training and know what is pissing him off. He runs away to my house and since I am a block watch captain it ok if stays here in reality they are relieved. I am the only block watch guy because they are all afraid of black people. I like most all people. Jeff hates most black peoples, white, red, yellow and various people with certain birth defects. Some cripples he like me he digs. There is a girl here with no arms and Jeff is crazy for her. She can't scream or put her arms up in that protective mode, I knew she would be a shoe in. So that is where I am, Kev manor with devil dog. The cripple chic is here as Jeff's guest, I made her tea and damn she sloppes it up just like the dog. I am waiting for a leg hump party to break out and time.
