This was the practice amp I used with the Blues Groupe. It has a crossover knob on the front with a high and low out. The manual calls this a "High & Low Pass Out." Can this be used for an external cabinet????

Nope. That's for biamping to an external power amp(s), not high/low speaker outputs for an external cabinet.
