What are you playing today

Playing my other EMG pup guitar today.

Squier Strat I got new from GC on sale and even less when I cashed in some gear creds.
Modded more than once before I came across the used set of 81/85's from a local CL buy.

Fantastic neck and action for a beater.
Plays way above its paygrade.

Maybe, I thought I saw 3 - 4 of them. They are pretty neat, I always wondered how I would get along with them because I use the neck and middle position a lot. It’s funny that you always see the pup mounted in the bridge position, never in the center.

That is one thing I regret, I wish I had tried putting the pup closer to the bridge to try for a sharper attack.

Ok, off the top of my head..
That is a double neck cbg/cigar box guitar. Basically, I took a cigar box made some necks for it and braced is as best I could. Cbg guitars generally have three or four strings.
The thick guitar is what I call the Minibird... It was a collab with a buddy.. I can talk more about it later. It's kind of a story. (Probably the coolest sounding instrument I ever built..
The P90 Lp is a BFG guitar.. I wanted a P90 guitar, and I loved BFGs. so it worked out perfect. @Headache has a version as well. I call it a gator guitar because of Alvin Youngblood Hart.
I'm sure the the fretboard on the sunburst is just a really nice piece of Rosewood.

I guess she's not going anywhere after all. I had her in the truck ready to head to GC to sell/trade her the other day, but then it started to rain and I didn't feel like going that day anyway so the rain was just enough of an excuse to put it off a day or 2. Then @fitz got in my head and now I've changed my mind. I guess my ESP is going to have to wait, if it ever happens at all. lol. Now I'm thinking about a conversion to actives.
