That’s not true. Preservatives aren’t antibiotic.

Bacteria are less affected, but it's true that some things won't grow mold very quickly, hehe.

To be fair, the USDA says that anything with a spot of mold should be disgarded immediately. When I was a kid, it was normal to scrape a bit of mold off the top of the jam. I've often enough thrown away a couple of moldy slices of bread and eaten the rest. Healthy, maybe not. Would I eat moldy pizza? Hell no.

I'll be celebrating my 6th year of retirement on August 31st. It's been anything other than fun and games though. Built a couple more amps and added more guitars to gather dust on the man cave wall. Two of my Norwegian Forest Cats will be celebrating their 18th birthday hopefully in November. Turning 70 was a real gut punch!

Another important aspect to consider is the difference between European and American cheese, often. If I'm not mistaken, practically all cheese is pasteurized in the US whereas it's mixed in Europe.
  • The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.
  • The French eat a lot of fat and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.
  • The Japanese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.
  • The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.
  • The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.
Conclusion: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is what kills you.

If all else fails I hope I am remembered as Max .. the warrior Max. In the roar of an engine, he lost everything... and became a shell of a man... a burnt-out, desolate man, a man haunted by the demons of his past, a man who wandered out into the wasteland.........

If you don't hear from me tomorrow just know - I did it all for you........

You know, I think you'll be alright from the health perspective.... but I'm a little concerned about the choice of pineapple on pizza...

To be honest, I'm not entirely against pineapple on pizza - sometimes it hits the spot. Though, I wouldn't reheat it, that would be cold consumption the next day. :yesway:
First time we had a Hawaiian Pizza was a pizza joint in Davenport IA somewhere in the 70s. Fell in love with it. But then. We really like pineapple. Especially fresh pineapple. Unconventional? Yep. But oh so good. Right up there with other "unconventional;" pizzas like BLT or Taco. About the same time we had a local pizza chain that had a sign by the counter that stated, "You Dream It We'll Make It." Couple of my stranger friends had them make a Spaghetti and Polish Sausage Pizza. We weren't in on the initial one but did have one at a later date. Twas a messy pizza, but tasted amazing.

To kinda keep this post "Thread Oriented," there was never leftovers to take home to have the next day. :pound-hand:
