Mmmmm...,
That might be yummy with the li'l plexi.
That would be cool, I would love it if they sound good with it. The only reason I haven't tried to sell them yet is because of gut feeling. I like them, I've just preferred other speakers at the time, but I don't think I've tried them since I got an issue fixed that was causing problems with everything at the time.

Every England tube will say UK made. I did find a made in England 6V6 branded tube 1936 Brimar 1937 Brimar contracted other tube makers around the world.

Those Creamback 65s should sound great with that one.
I would sell the 2x12 Cab, using the funds to buy a nice 1x12. You could get another Identical 1x12 later, and have some sort of 2x12 stack that can be broken down into three pieces that are easily portable.
But that is just me, I prefer to have at least 2 speakers instead of one, it just gives a fuller sound. I can understand you don't want to lug around a 2x12.
Two 1x12s and the small box head might be a classy looking mini- stack.
Those Creamback 65s should sound great with that one.

I bought mine completely built but I think if you talk to Nik he should be able to set you up. They also have kits that the board is all populated so it’s easier to put together. When I first started looking into Ceriatone I was going to get a kit too. Then after figuring out what I was really saving, I opted to just get it done. Plus, since the amp is designed to use the JJ tubes, I thought it best to hear what the amp was supposed to sound like. Then if I wanted to mess with tubes I could. Man I hope you get one and like it as much as I like mine, excellent add on to change things up in a great way.
I will warn you about moving the amp around though. This thing is heavy! Not good for nightly moving which is a shame because it can rock the house to rubble! The transformers are huge (I have the 100w) and unforgiving to your back. Also if you like a scooped sound get the SRV mod and also the PPIMV. OH hell, just send me your credit card, I’ll take it from here.

I've got plenty of valves and I prefer to assemble myself, honestly. It saves a little cost, but you also get exactly what you want from the get-go. This is also why I was curious about the schematic, as I find them easier to read than layouts when it comes to circuit design. Chances are I'd probably change a few minor things. I'm still trying to 'sleep it off', but.... that doesn't always work, hehe.
Hahaha, I weigh under 60kg myself, I'm used to lugging kit around that's a significant portion of my own weight. My workshop is also in the loft, so stairs are no stranger, either....
Your concern is duly appreciated, but I think it might be best if I keep my credit card out of both our reaches for now....

Brimar often put "Made in England" on the valves.
Not mine, but I have some of those and others. I'm fairly sure all my Brimar 12BH7's say Made in England, too. G.E.C. used 'Made in England'. I'm fairly sure I have Philips valves that say Made in England.

I built a JTM45 Bluesbreaker kit I bought from Nik and ended up putting a JCM800 front end on it and it sounds fabulous. 30 watts. It is no longer a 4-holer as shown in the picture and I did not put in the effects loop.

I almost told Nik to omit the effects loop on my Plexi 20, but I understand his buffered loop works great so I left it. I might need it someday who knows.

I've run out of things to do.I'm actually getting my Tribute ready to sell, all I have left to do is solder the pickups in and string it up. I'm trying to decide what my next guitar will be. Do I want another LP, or do I want something completely different?
I guess we'll just have to wait and see because I'm not GASin' for anything since I got my Classic with P90s.Edit: All I know for sure is it won't be a Strat so don't y'all go getting any ideas.

Actually, now that I think about it. I'm kind of thinking a wiggle stick might be fun to have again, but I'm not sure if I would get on with it like I did 30 years ago. I might go back to my plan to get the ESP I've talked about before, I'm still curious about an active pickup.

ES-335 all the way……. ES-330 if you want P90’s. Awesome guitars and a must if you don’t already have one, super versatile and fun. No hot-rod stuff, pure, clean PAF’s, I put Fralins in mine. Incredible tone and does dirt just fine when needed. (Don’t forget to try the PackRat pedal) Solid body guitar’s will come and go for years to come, ah but a good 335….. that’s something special. “One should put more time into selecting the right one than selecting one’s wife.” (It’ll give many more years of pleasure than the wife, plus a guitar ages gracefully and looks better with age…… the wife, not so much.)

That's not a bad idea at all. I had an Epi 335 for a short while back in the late 90s. I didn't like it, but I also didn't know anything about how to set up/mod guitars at the time and I damn sure didn't know anything about amps and had garbage back then. I wish I could give it another go knowing what I know now.
