Too much hum, any thoughts?

Hey Gurus I know it's impossible to answer this but I was just wondering about directions to think about. I am not going to put my hands in it as I am not capable. The amp is an East club 18 and is awesome But it is starting to hum pretty loud and it is in the power section as I have isloated the pre amp side with a noise gate. It gets proportionally louder as the volume goes up. The rectifier went out a while back and blew the fuse, I replaced it also swapped all the pre amp and power tubes. Swapped the rectifier again. Tried a different power supply cord. No change in hum. I thought maybe the filter caps as they are from 2012 but no visable signs. Thoughts?

Have you tried to measure the hum frequency?
Phone apps will get you a ballpark result.

Is the hum consistent if the amp is plugged into different circuits around the house?
I did not try that but I have amps in a few spots and nothing wierd going on with any thing else. I am waiting for my "guy" to get back to me. He is kind of crazy scientist amp nerd that is terrible about returning calls. but worth the wait.

Never have that problem with my Orange Crush 35RT SS..:) Maybe time to switch over.
I have several of both SS and tube, with one moddeling amp plug also, but I will keep playing the tube amps as long as every few years I have someone to give them a good rodgering. That does not mean I wont give a try to something that looks interesting. The Quilter superblock UK is tempting me at the moment.
