Ones a Custom Classic and the other is a '57 RI. Man, I never see a Standard in gold. I would like to have like a 2004 or something before they wanked the neck for several years. Sorry I've kickstarted your GAS. I can tell you what makes it better though! Lol.

Love that last one! And the rest too.

My 2016 Goldie is a Standard, what was a Standard at that time. 60s tapered neck which I prefer and the funky electronics. Love it!

I can't make up my mind if I want a '54 or '57 reissue. I have the lumber to make one of each (including the gold and bronze powder to mix in the lacquer), and a '59 or two. Need to get many other projects done before starting on any Les Paul copies. May have to buy one to scratch the itch in the meantime.

Officially. You hit 1000 posts. Does get you into the Ambassador Lounge. The rest of us get to make up some silly Ambassador name for you. You of course have veto rights on what we come up with. All fun and games.

As for diplomatic immunity. That’d be up to admins.
