Phill's Latest Video

I watched the video a couple of days ago. Phil made the video to protect his integrity in the court of public opinion. IMO, Belltone guitar’s Stephen Harriman hooked up with an overzealous lawyer who will eventually do damage to Belltone’s future.

Yes, I agree with you on this Greg.

Well, I never heard of Belltone Guitars before, and after them pulling something like this, using a third-rate stripmall lawyer, I never want to hear from them again. They probably just lost more sales by doing this than they would have gained by just allowing an honest review.

I have a short attention span when it comes to internet stuff. :pound-hand:
All joking aside. I read paper books. Don’t do books on tablets. If I’m reading an article online, if I have to scroll more than a couple times, I’m done. No longer interested. Paper book…. I can turn pages and not stop till I’ve read 100 pages or fallen asleep since I’m reading at bed time. Videos. Much past 5 minutes and I’ve lost interest.

22 minutes? This hour has...
What's the general jist of it? I likely don't honestly care. I never heard of them either so...

Basically, this company asked him to do one of his total breakdown evaluation videos and sent him the guitar. He didn't get the video done and send back the guitar fast enough for them, despite there being no agreement regarding the temporal aspects of the review. So they sent a letter essentially threatening a lawsuit, accusing him of stealing the guitar. The spice in the chili is that he found out along the way that the bodies and necks are made by others, probably overseas, and they were being coy about the origin.
