It's Pizza Time!

I keep trying and trying to cook pizza at home but just suck at making it really good. Yea, I can heat up a frozen one, but would prefer to make one from almost scratch. Maybe this year.

I've been making pizzas since somewhere back in the 80s. It's still a work in progress. What do you see as "sucking?" Crust or toppings?

It just never really comes together. Not as appetizing as I had hoped, 'eh' crust, etc. I've put it aside for now.

It's Friday night. Your crazy pizza guy is at it again. Tonight's fare: BBQ Pizza. Bourbon Pineapple BBQ Sauce. Topped with Smoked Pulled Pork. Mixture of Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese. When I do BBQ my adult beverage of choice is usually something bottled in KY or TN. Tonight was Travelers Whiskey, made and bottled by Buffalo Trace.
