Frankly I think the stand out in the band is the drummer -----foogin awesome!
 
TBTH I would like one of the Mike Dirnt Sign. basses if I was to get a Green Day Sig. instrument....

Well, I must say we tend to be a more, uh "seasoned" crowd around here. My guess is the kids that were just learning to play guitar in the early/mid '90's through about 2004 were greatly influenced by Green Day and those guys now are old enough to indulge, so Gibson is taking advantage of that.
