A new re-issue, purchased locally. I love this thing and look forward to using it next jam. My Les Paul is getting jealous. Pics coming, currently noodling!

What wasn't already been said about this guitar? I don't really collect guitars, but I've been playing a lot in the upper registers on my Strat, pushed me into considering it. It really upens up the fretboard! Along with the light weight and the juicy humbuckers, it feels great.

One with vibrato was tempting, but I stuck with the basics. Plus I prefer the electronics and the pick guard on this model over the Standard. I'd say if you are at all 'SG curious', try a few out. My most used guitars below,;

I was cause I didnt have one. So I got a SG Supreme new a couple months back. Need to get a rehearsal or gig to give it a good go over.

I took off the pick guard. I like it better this way visually, plus it's not hiding any routing. I'd rather see beautifully finished wood than cheap plastic.
