Apparently, Mexico made 2004-2005.
Edit….alright…that’s weird…seeing the “MADE IN USA” underneath “STRATOCASTER”…next to the Mexico prefixed serial number.

Ive been told that made in Mexico but with usa parts meant that made in usa could be the reason

I’m telling you, that decal is a fake. The idiot who stole the serial number didn’t know what MZ meant. The typeface for “Stratocaster” is wrong. I spent half my career proofing boards, and I’m certain that font isn’t right.
