I’ve had those SoundCloud links say, “we can’t find this user,” or simply open the landing page and not load the track… like I say, squirrelly.

Well, I don't have a Soundcloud account, but I've always been able to "listen in browser" successfully. If I click on "Play on Soundcloud", I see...
Totally blocked. And it didn't even include a prompt to download their APP. Go figure!
Same thing happened today when I attempted to listen to frostyjr2's latest Soundcloud submission.

"Listen in browser" is working again. Had to have been an internal issue at Soundcloud.
