Congrats! Mrs. Krashpad and I are going this Fall. Florence, Venice, and Bologna (where we have friends), then up to Switzerland.

So while you’re in Florence, check out their Wine Windows. It’s a thing. We’re standing next to one. You can see it over my right shoulder. Has a bell sitting in the ledge. You ring the bell and someone answers, and you can purchase a glass (plastic cup) of wine to sip on while walking around.

Historically, Methusila lived to the ripe old age of 969 years (lots of candles on that Birthday cake), so yeah you're right. Compared to Methusila.....Mitch is still a kid approaching puberty. That's a good thing!

It was a matinee. Last Sunday of every month, the series just celebrated its third anniversary last week. Started in a residential backyard.

But summers in Florida often get rain in the afternoon, so they recently found a club to host as venue. It's a lot of fun. They have free pancakes! In fact, that's what the concert series is called: "Occupy Pancakes."

God, I love Gainesville.
