The top part says something about Ea-nasir and substandard copper ingots. However due to recent advancements, I can now translate this fragment.
It says:
"Quarter Pounder with cheese $3.99."
" Big Mac $4.95"
" Pumpkin Spice Shake $2.59"
"Small French Fries $1.99"
" We're Lov'in It."
Oh I get it now. I've been reading it upside down. The top part says something about Ea-nasir and substandard copper ingots.

You know, there's a lake in the middle of that island, and divers have found some of those Moia statues at the bottom of the lake.Oh I get it now. I've been reading it upside down.

I heard Kevin had that lake pumped out, just to make his movie. The Moia went swimming?
Apparently it's a replica, made for the 1994 movie "Rapa Nui," produced in part by Kevin Costner. It's a real photo, and there IS a moai statue underwater.
There is a dried up lake also where more statues were found in the mud, so that counts.
