For all you cat lovers out there..

MY friend, Lisa saw this clip 2 years ago and said " THAT is Kitty for He loves you"

So here is our feral kitty 2 years ago when I was JUST getting him used to me making him comfortable up close to me, gradually trying to get him to let me scooch him to my lap, and also to not be afraid of going inside the house.

So, circa 2023 when he was 2. Now after last Summer, he comes inside willingly, he learned to sit on my lap as long or as short as he wants, he even falls asleep there. News flash, now that he is 4, he has learned to use the cat box and to sleep in the bed, or his bed, or his favorite chair and will wind up sleeping inside with us all night. Big help during the Winter of 2024 so he was safe from frostbite etc. He sure has developed now that he is 4+ years old.

Now what to do about the new batch of 2 ferals we occasionally see in the yard. He and the one short haired black one fight, as I have seen him be territorial and from getting new scratches on his nose every so often.

This is typical breakfast and dinner at our place. Bryce (the boy) is the laid back one and head butts all the time.

Don, I SOOOOOOOOOOOOO miss my Orangie. When the neighbor ladies came to tell me that they think my 1 feral baby got hit by a car back in 2022, I cried so bad.
I still often think of him and wonder what he and my Tuxedo ( his brother) would be like today. I sometimes say to my Blackie, " I wonder if you even remember your momma and brother?" Then I get to wondering if he would have been as brotherly as they began life as, or if he'd be territorial like he is with our new crop of visitors to our yard, driveway, car tops....

HAHA JOhn, My wife was telling our kitty the other day how fierce his teeth are when he lies upside down.
Spirit.
