Not that I'm going to change my vote because, well, @SG John has a Flying V, for crying out loud! But, this land lubber has taken a real hankering for the ocean ever since I moved to the east coast.

I do live a little inland, but the Atlantic Ocean is fairly close. The wife and I often spend our anniversary on the beach. We get a hotel room about ten floors up with an ocean facing room. I really enjoy sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the early morning and watching the sun rise over the Atlantic. I enjoy seeing the pelicans skim over the water and watching the dolphins play just off shore as the sun rises.

But, I am intrigued by the thought of watching the sun set over the ocean, since I have only ever seen it rise over the ocean. I'm sure that would be a gorgeous sight. Movies always show the sun setting over the ocean. I have personally never witnessed that.

Don't worry SG John, I'm still gonna bunk at your place. But, after this waif has gotten back on his feet, I'll take a trek out west to witness some Pacific Ocean action!

This Illinois boy also discovered the ocean when we did our 40th in Hawaii. We were 6 floors up and facing water on the Big Island. There is something serene sitting on a balcony. Listening to the water. Watching the sky change its colors as the sun comes up over the mountain to the east. Other than the needed cash….. I could live there in a heart beat.

Here’s a beach sunset I took a few years ago. We were RV-ing right there.

Vote remains deadlocked with just over 4 hours remaining. If it is still tied when the poll ends
I propose we test them these two fine men with one more bro question/scenario to further probe the brobilities of
our two best forum bros, hopefully then be able to declare a winner... unless...
we as a forum are OK with having two best bros.

I broke the deadlock (sorry C-Grin), but i had to go with SG because it's a short trip between his house and my house should I ever be needing a couch to crash on for a few months. He's gotta of ton of guitars and amps too! Nice!

I'm OK with it ending up as a tie because SG and C-Grin are deserved of sharing the title together.

Can I get a witness?
