With the Serenading match inconclusive after 24-hour between Sapient and C-Grin, tied at five
we hold that over for another 24 hours.

But Saturday nights all right for fightin' and the tourney must move on pitting @Mitch Pearrow SJMP vs @iblive in a battle of the Bro-Mods

Here's the sitch.

JOY RIDE

Your wheels are dead, and at the shop, and you gotta have transportation!
Both bros have offered to lend you their main ride, for a week.
They are encouraging you to have fun and drive it like you stole it.

Which bro you tappin' for that hot rod?

I'm going with whoever will lend me the most economical car.

I don't wanna have to spend a lot of money filling up the tank when I return it!

Besides, I am pretty much a boring, mild-mannered driver. I leave horsepower to the horses. I just need something to get from Point A to Point B.

Here’s my Hotrod. 2007 Honda Civic EX. 200K on the clock. Bought used in 2013. Averages about 35mpg. Has GPS. Rockin stereo with Satellite Radio, old enough it has a CD player. Also has a slot for an SD card loaded with MP3s. Multi speaker system that came with a Sub as OEM. I’ve had it loud enough that not only did the door skins and outside mirrors vibrate….. so did the seatbelts.

And if that isn’t good enough. How about a 77 Vette L48. No horsepower. 12mpg on a good day. Radio/stereo doesn’t work. 50K on the clock. However…. You know that very important piece of equipment catchers wear when they’re catching to protect their delicate parts… you’ll need an XL when you’re driving this car.

I get the mileage , Yaris for the commute. 410 miles on 10 gal.600 miles a week.
As long as all I did was my 50 miles round trip per day… I could knock down 400+ on a tank. But it usually took 11-12 gallons to fill.

I have an 06 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner
V-6 automatic with four hundred and seventy eight thousand miles on it, it needs new rear drums and brakes, front brakes are new, it’s very reliable, and the only vehicle I own.

My round trip to work and back since last June has been to lake Arrowhead approximately 40 miles one way.
I have new tires and I baby the darn thing, because it’s all I have.

For some reason I can no longer post pictures in any forums, so you would have to try and find a picture of it from before my phone was stolen

Possibly from a few years back when I was rear ended

Gentlemen, bros.... we have a rarity!

A double header tied vote between two bro battles at the same time.

The Sapient c-grin battle is now in suddenly death OT after 48 hours... the Mitch vs Iblive goes into a en extra 24 hour polling period.
