That's awful. I wish Frank the best, he's a helluva drummer. Not flashy but always on time and plenty of swing.

If he unfortunately cannot return? Then it's only right that ZZ reluctantly retires. I wasnt on board with them going on without Dusty despite him telling them to. But bands do this. AC/DC is guilty of it now, so are the Stones. Skynyrd is the most egregious one

Yeah and that's just ripping off the fans, sorry. It's a Billy gibbons solo show

Not really. If the fans know who will be on stage and they choose to purchase a ticket to see those people, then nobody is getting ripped off. The fans are getting what/who they paid to see.

If the show was represented as if Frank Beard was going to play and he didn't, that would be another story.

I missed this one. Was having all sorts of fun stuff done like biopsies on my prostrate. Then spending eight hours at the emergency veterinary clinic with George. He's technically my wife's cat because she brought him home. But, he chose me as his pet human so I guess he's mine. Today he was doing much better, but still not good. He's coming home tomorrow. Don't know how much time he'll have, but I hope to make him happy and comfortable.

Judging by the out come, my vote would not have made a difference.

One odd thing about the last ZZ tour we saw. After they lost Dusty, they replaced him with a guy that seemed to be more about his beard. He can play bass no question but cannot sing the high stuff Dusty did. So they didn't even play Tush, as an example.
So if Frank is out too, seems like a bit of a loss of ZZ overall even with the fantastic BG. I felt a bit ripped off they were also 1 hour when they left tne stage to do encores.

Man I am sorry you're going through some mess. Hope the cat is doing better. As for you? I wish you the best of luck, my friend, hopefully you get some good news. I had to visit the urologist Wednesday, because my PSA levels are way too high, especially for my age, as is my LH levels. Not even 42 yet and I'm in the wrong direction

Hope everything works out ok with all the health issues for you both.

Thanks. They did a n MRI last May, and said there were no lesions or signs of cancer. But my PSA numbers keep bouncing around. The tech using the ultrasound said there were about eight nodules that they removed tissue from. He said that what he saw was just normal "getting old" stuff. My blood iron has been a mess the past couple of years because I came down with Hemochromatosis. That's been effecting my liver, and no one seems to know if it would also have any influence on my PSA numbers.

Hope you get through your stuff. I've got twenty years on you.

Likewise my friend, hope they get you balanced out. Glad the MRI was clean though, that's a really good thing. Keep your head up, buddy, rooting for ya

Oh man. I am sorry to hear this Mike.
I know the routine. I am in my 60’s. Been there.
