Looks like Zound, the Swedish company that bought Marshall in 2023 has a deal worked out to sell to a Chinese conglomerate for $1.1 billion. Glad I have all my classic models.

Does it matter? It was a Swedish company that owned a former UK company. Doesn't have much to do with US.

Talk about ruining a once proud name. Jim Marshall is rolling in his grave at this point. Went from designing the first true, legendary rock amplifiers to even making efforts to make them affordable after the Rose Morris deal ended, to becoming over priced and over inflated, now in the hands of the Chinese who will cut any and all corners in production that is possible.
