Frame sliders?

Frame sliders are for the gay, real bike riders make a point of getting between the road and the bike.
Gotta protect the bike, skin grows back quick smart.

Nope, just a question. I thought of it after a neighbor's Ducati went down in the driveway and came up without a scratch.

To all that came to my rescue: a very gracious thank you. I can feel my blood pressure oozing down. Whew, that was close!

But.....
When Señor Biddlin mentioned Frame sliders for guitar, I actually thought of a specific product for a guitar. Much like what RVA posted in post #2, but much goofier.

Of coarse I know what a motorcycle frame slider is. I could have used a set 3 years ago. I was trying to push-start my bike. Failed to mount my bike cleanly > lost my balance > I fell > bike fell... on top of me > cracked 3 ribs! Frame sliders would have prevented this:
