Ive had 2 hernia surgeries in my day.One was a sports hernia they call it.Was by my belly button.big ol scar,hurt like heck.Second one was a lap o scopic surgery like Headaches. Two little incisions. Doc told me they blow you up with air and if it turns all black and blue down there your ok just what happens.It did. Heal up there Headache.

There's no way I could've done that the day after my hernia surgery. They cut me open though, and right in my belly button. I can't take pain meds so I was down for several days.

Yes, and my morning bathroom sessions were the absolute worst part of it all.

I feel for you brother, I had mine done around 3 years ago I think and I'm having flashbacks talking about it. It'll all be worth it in the end. Mine was giving me serious pain issues before my surgery and now I don't even think about it anymore.

The first morning after surgery I was waking up on the couch and I tried to drink some water and it went down the wrong pipe and I started choking and coughing! Oh man! I cussed for about 15 minutes straight! What a train wreck that was!
